Locked forever
After that one change, the pairs lock. Every change is logged publicly, so holders know nothing can move again.
Holders get 67.5% of trading fees, paid out in the reward pairs one per round. Coins launch on pump.fun when it supports the trading pair and on Meteora when it doesn't. The trading pair is set at launch and can't change; the one change applies to the reward pairs.
